The Colorado Plateau needs less dirty coal, not more

NEW YORK -- Representatives of Diné Citizens Against Ruining Our Environment met this week with executives from Sithe Global to challenge the proposed Desert Rock coal plant in the four corners region.

The State of New Mexico, Governor Bill Richardson and many others also oppose and are fighting the Desert Rock coal proposal.
