PEER wins for open gov't as EPA libraries re-open

WASHINGTON -- In a win for open government and freedom of information, the Bush-Cheney Environmental Protection Agency is having to re-open libraries they tried to shut down in DC and 15 states.

Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, where I serve as Ecologist and Southwest Director in our Tucson office, spearheaded this victory.
