Leal, Trasoff, and Uhlich closer to public view

TUCSON -- Veteran city councilman Steve Leal, my guy from the southside, was wise to not spend public campaign money in his unopposed bid for re-election. He shows more fiscal responsibility than the republicans on the council.

Speaking of the deadwood GOP councilmembers -- who are running corporate sponsored campaigns stuffed with dirty cash from outside city limits -- they both deserve to lose to good candidates Nina Trasoff and Karin Uhlich in the Nov 8 election.
