GOP's Dunbar bullying teachers with lawsuit threat

TUCSON -- Republican Kathleen Dunbar, in a struggle to be re-elected to City Council, is stupidly threatening to sue teachers for $1 million if they don't kiss her ass and retract a statement about her favoring developers over schools.

I agree with her smart opponent Karin Uhlich, and the teachers concerned with Dunbar's questionable behavior.

But no matter what, suing teachers before an election is politically risky.

Time to vote pro-Bush Dunbar off the city council. This is especially easy this year with such a good choice as Uhlich.
