PHOENIX -- I encourage everyone to keep an eye on Democratic Diva.

As an Arizona progressive blogger, I am thrilled to welcome this important new site. The Arizona (and national) political blog scene has been dominated by men for far too long.

Democratic Diva administrator Krista says:

Let me be the first to welcome you to Democratic Diva, a venue for all things political. We’re still figuring things out over here, but the idea is to give democratic women a place to share opinions and news. I’m your administrator, but I may post my own thoughts from time to time. We’ll see how it goes.

Free speech, there’s nothing like it. Although some of our entries will be added from women you know, some of them may be anonymous. We want women to have a voice, and if it comes at the price of anonymity, I’ll take it.
