Support equal rights and marriage with no on 102

Former US Rep Jim Kolbe (R-AZ8) dumped Tim Bee after he cast the deciding vote to ram Prop 102 on the ballot

TUCSON -- Today in the mail I got a giant misleading hit piece against equal rights. The special interests pushing Proposition 102 are spending a lot of money to try to force their views in to the state constitution.

As a straight married family man who supports equal rights, I will vote no on Prop 102, and so should you.

Arizonans already rejected this issue in 2006, and we should do it again in 2008.

Tim Bee and the Arizona Legislature were wrong to push this divisive and unneeded measure on to the ballot again. This type of rigid social conservative ideology does not belong in our state constitution.
