Pima Comm. College & clean energy economy jobs

TUCSON -- Good news as Pima Community College is investing in training more people for clean energy economy jobs.

PCC is pursuing a $3.5M agreement with the US Dept. of Energy to open the Solar Installation Trainers and Resource Institute.

Pima will also receive $4.52M in federal stimulus funds to help cover FY09 costs.

I am a big supporter of community colleges and PCC.
