PHOENIX -- As a former governor I know what it takes to lead our great state, especially when times get tough. Arizona needs a common-sense governor who puts getting results ahead of political games. Someone with a proven track record of looking out for hard-working families, for children and seniors. That takes leadership. And that's why Terry Goddard's got my vote.

I have known Terry for years and years. As a born and bred Arizonan, Terry loves our state and has always believed in the spirit and spunk that make us who we are. He laid out the vision for economic expansion during his four terms as the Mayor of Phoenix, and as Attorney General he has successfully brought home millions of dollars to Arizona consumers. He has also cut spending to make ends meet, because he knows that Arizonans work hard to earn a living and our tax dollars must be protected.

Terry Goddard works with folks from every political party and background -- he doesn't play political games.

I don't need to tell you that Arizona is in trouble right now. We're not doing the right things for our children or their future. But Terry Goddard can make Arizona work again. Take it from me.
