I'm writing from Vermont. I read on Huffington Post that you are trying to create a law to keep the Westboro Baptist Church's from picketing Saturday's shooting victims funerals.
While I don't know how successful you will be in this effort, another option would be to gather enough folks to peacefully surround and counter the WBC and keep them out of sight of those attending the funerals.
